ANNE E.'S JOURNAL -March 20, 2008

March 20, 2008

Hello to you all. Well, it's hard to believe but we are fast approaching my final show in Cleveland before the big move to Nashville. I can't believe it. It truly has not hit me but I think that's because I'm very focused on preparations for this Friday's show at The Winchester. It'll hit me later. Right now I'm wearing my new cowboy boots with my pajamas, quite a look. But I love them and have to break them in anyway so I may as well wear them every chance I get.

I'd like you all to know that in the back performance room of The Winchester, there is a capacity of 250 and we are at 222! If you want to attend the show, do not count on waiting to pay at the door. I think tickets will be gone at that point. Go to http://www.anneedechant.com/tickets032108.html to order your tickets. I think we may be sold out by tomorrow morning. Thanks to all of you!

Keep in mind that parking for The Winchester is available on the street as well as in the parking lot in front of Charter One Bank which is one block west of the Winchester on the north side (same as Winchester) of the street. In addition, there is a Lakewood Municipal parking lot 1 ? blocks west of The Winchester also on the north side of the street. All parking is free. Easy easy.

Here's how the door will work. There will be two lines (maybe). One will be for all pre-paid tickets (reserved and general admission). One line will be for those paying at the door, although I don't think we'll need it. You'll simply walk up to one of the women at the podium, give them your name. She'll look you up on the list, check you off and put the appropriate arm band on you. Those of you with reserved seats will have yellow arm bands and your names will be on table tents on your respective tables so just go on in and find your table. Those of you with general admission tickets, after you get checked in, just pick a spot.

Merchandise will be on sale. Right now I'm down to Girls and Airplanes CDs, Pop the Star CDs, One Voice, One Guitar CDs (Christmas), T-shirts and stickers. T-shirts will once again be on sale for $10.00.

In addition, we will have full color art prints of the final show, Winchester poster designed by Sue Unkefer for sale. (autographed and ready to frame!) They will be $15.00. If you do purchase one, I would suggest having us hold it for you until the end of the night so that it does not get damaged. You can pick it up in a gift bag before you leave. You may also pre-order your poster if you'd like at http://www.anneedechant.com/posterprints.html

Because the show will be crowded I ask for your patience with my dear friends who will be working at the door and at the merchandise table and with each other.

It's going to be a great show with special guests/friends who I've worked with throughout the year. The song list is huge and Kelly and I aren't sure if we're going to need catheters or a port-a-potty to the side of the stage or not. I have no idea. Anyway, I think you're gonna love it. I know I will. I look forward to seeing you there and thank you for what looks to be a sold out show.

See you soon.
