Well well well hello everyone

Thanks so much to all of you who came out to the CD Release this past Friday. The Winchester was packed and we had a great time. I must admit that for me it was all like some kind of fuzzy dream. I think after months of preparation and then getting up at 5a.m. on Friday, I was just sort of out of it. Believe it or not I actually walked off stage wondering how it all went. You try to be in the moment but sometimes it’s just crazy difficult. Eckhart Tolle (author of The Power of Now) would not be pleased.

We have received so much positive feedback on the release and I think we accomplished what I set out to do. I wanted to bring you a concert that was a “step up”. This is impossible to do alone and I thank the many people who so generously offered their time and help. It is so nice to make a phone call asking for help and have the person on the other line say, “absolutely, anything I can do” It was awesome. Your support is invaluable.

I loved looking out from the stage and seeing so many of you who waited so long for this release.

We sold tons of CDS and merchandise. I hope you love some of the new items we have now. Again, thanks to Sue Unkefer for her excellent work on t-shirts, pendants, buttons etc.

To the many of you who have asked, the cd is available through my website now! Use this link! It will be available digitally in 4-6 weeks. I’d like to tell you exactly when but my distributor, CD Baby cannot make any promises. The process for “Pop the Star” was very quick taking only 3 weeks, so there’s a chance that it will be even earlier.

There will be more in the news on the cd and concert. Epitome Magazine attended the show and there will be an article in The Morning Journal this week.

Now it’s on to shopping the new CD to management companies and record labels, focusing on radio play etc. We shall see.

This weekend, Matt, Kelly and I are at Kelley’s Island Brewery. We have two shows. The first is on Friday, July 20th at 8p.m. and the second on Sat., July 21st at 8p.m.

On Sunday we will be at Ingenuity Fest. in downtown Cleveland. This was just confirmed. Believe it or not I confirmed it with Ingenuity’s founder, James Levine just before he went on air on Fox 8 on Friday. James came up to me and explained that he’d like to announce that I’d be there while he was talking to Kenny. So I checked with Matt and Kelly who said they could do it and then said “yes”. So we’ll be on the WAVE stage at 6:30p.m. on Sunday. The festival starts this Thursday. It is a Celebration of art and technology held in downtown Cleveland. Event, venue, and
